Kitchen-Dinette Expansion and Renovated living Room. Homeowners requested an addition to back of their 1980s split level home. A 10′ x 22.5′ addition allowed for a spacious new kitchen-gathering room with center granite island, pantry and abundant counter and storage space. The project also featured new hardwood in the living room along with new stair & rail system that leads to an overall revitalized feel.
